Understanding the ORAC Score
The ORAC score measures a substance's ability to neutralize free radicals in vitro. Chaga regularly scores among the highest of any natural food, surpassing acai and blueberries. This immense antioxidant power is largely attributed to its Superoxide Dismutase (SOD) content and its high concentration of polyphenols.
