1. Introduction

OmniSuite ("we", "us", "our") develops browser extensions and mobile applications designed to enhance web productivity. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use any of our products.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

• License Keys: When you purchase a PRO upgrade, we store a license key locally in your browser to validate your purchase. This key is linked only to your Stripe transaction — we do not store your name, credit card, or billing address.
• Email Address: If provided during checkout via Stripe, your email is used solely to deliver your license key and handle support requests.

2.2 Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect browsing history, keystrokes, or page content.
• We do not use cookies, analytics trackers, or fingerprinting.
• We do not sell, share, or transfer any user data to third parties.
• We do not transmit any data from your browser to our servers during normal usage.

2.3 Network Requests

The only outbound network request our extensions make is a license validation check to our server (microassets-license-production.up.railway.app) when you enter a license key. This request sends only the key itself and receives a valid/invalid response. No other data is transmitted.

3. Data Storage

All extension settings and preferences are stored locally on your device using the browser's built-in storage API (chrome.storage.local or equivalent). This data never leaves your device.

4. Third-Party Services

• Stripe: Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your payment card details.
• Google Play Billing: For Android app purchases, transactions are processed by Google Play. See Google's Privacy Policy.

5. Children's Privacy

Our products are general-audience tools not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Data Retention

License keys are retained on our validation server for the duration of your subscription or purchase. If you request deletion, email [email protected] and we will remove your record within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

You may:

• Uninstall any extension at any time to remove all locally stored data.
• Request deletion of your license key record by emailing us.
• Request a copy of any data we hold about you (typically just an email and license key).

8. Security

Our license validation server uses HTTPS encryption for all communications. License keys are randomly generated cryptographic tokens with no personally identifiable information encoded within them.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. The "Last Updated" date below will reflect any changes. Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
